Meet the Homelab

Welcome to page 2! This is split into pages to make it easier to read.

Now its time for my 2nd favorite server Tillamook, or just simply my NAS (Network-attached storage)

This is a shit mix of parts but it’s my shit mix and I love it,

So it is mostly unchanged from my last blog post about it, you can read it here, almost all the things I listed in that post have happened.

I still have the gross 400w EVGA B-Stock, I just haven’t had the cash to swap it. (She says after spending $700+ on new server) I got the LSI 9211-8i and 3 6TB HGST HDDs, ass hats on the eBay store sent me 1 SATA drive and 2 SAS drives, so I had to buy a $15 (€14.06) cables;( but after that arrived a few days later she was running all nice. I scrapped the Cache drive and just relied on L2 Arc as it’s faster and safer. That also prompted me to upgrade the ram to 64GB, I picked that up for $30 (€28.11) on eBay.

I also run my Plex server here. 🏴‍☠️
